Default Arepazo (West Cola)

Went there last weekend and it was outstanding. The arepas (basically corn bread with mozzerella and/or meats and such in the middle....think like a cornbread grilled cheese) and empanadas (they had several kinds from several countries, I liked them all) were outstanding. I'm looking forward to going back. We found it because a lady who works with my wife raved about it, and said their empanadas were just like the ones she loved back in her native Venezuela.

Here's a link to the yelp page which has pictures of the menu and such...

Just a heads up, the old guy speaks english, but the lady (his wife I believe) has some trouble understanding it. They're as nice as can be....they overheard me saying to my wife right after we swiped our card "we should've gotten a cup of soup to try" and so when they dropped off our order they included a cup of it complimentary. It was a chicken/corn soup that was good....although I was hoping it would be a little more green-chili spicy.

Anything on Knox Abbot is going to be Cayce, not West Columbia. I didn't know they were there, I'll have to check them out the next time I'm hunting some lunch.

Good call, my bad. I've lived in Columbia and then Lexington since '98 and I still don't know where West Cola ends and Cayce begins
