Depends on what you want to do with it. Android Ok or do you need Windows? A couple f years ago I needed a machine for my business that would run Win 10 and all of my productivity apps. I got an Asus Transformer that lets me use it as either a laptop or a tablet. It has served my purposes well.

Go for a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 or 4. Basically a laptop in a tablet with keyboard. It's great!
