Sling is pretty popular, a decent antenna to get local channels and you should be covered.

This is the best way to go. Sling Orange $20, Sports $5,DVR $5, Special package $10 plus tax $47. Gives you everything you could possibly want. Less than $50 for outside HD antenna gives all Locals more than 26 channels in SC.

Get an antenna, use http://streamhub.hk/forum, and follow grandmastreams on twitter for sports. Learn to use torrents for TV shows and movies. Never pay for cable TV again.

I was looking at this over the weekend, it seems like some of the AV companies are taking sides. Denon is in the Alexa camp while Pioneer, Onkyo and Sony are in the Chrome Cast camp. Should be interesting to see how this shakes out.

thinking this is the way I'M leaning......what about with two tv's ? two roku accounts? two sling pkg accounts? etc....thanks!

1 Roku acct. 2 Roku devices. Route outside antennae by splitter to both TV's. 1 Sling acct can be used on only 1 TV at a time. Unless, you pay $20 more for Sling orange/blue then you can run on 5 TV's or other devices. That extra $20 makes the package I use Total $67. I use only 1 tv at a time so my package AT $47 IS PREFERRED.
