Just would like to know what everyone cooks on (what grill you have and what not)...I love talking about different grills and smokers so what yall got?

As you probably know, I keep a Kamado Big Joe on the deck. In the screened in porch I have a Weber Spirit E-210 for lazy weeknights and a run of the mill turkey fryer setup. Indoor gadgets include a 6qt Kitchenaid mixer w/ meat grinder/pasta rollers/juicer attachments, Foodsaver vacuum sealer, Anova Sous Vide, 8qt electric pressure cooker, couple crockpots, immersion blender, food processor, etc. I also have a worksharp ken onion knife sharpener to keep my knifes really sharp.

I have way too much crap to be honest, but I like trying new stuff and cooking a variety of things to avoid boredom.

Did some chicken and steak tacos on the Joe for the Elite 8 game vs florida. I love the 2 zone cooking option. Put one chicken breast in the Kitchenaid and let the paddle shred it up nicely, thin sliced the other breast and the london broil. Turned out pretty well.

Still using my Bradley for smoking. I can choose temps, times, and choice of wood pucks. It wil do anything from quick meatballs to sausages to brisket.

36" Original Lang wood burner

And a 46" circular fire pit that I'm going to get a grate built for, so I can cook on it ... because why not.

I have a crappy little wally-world special charcoal grill. I live in a not so great neighborhood and things have a tendency to be borrowed and never returned. It does OK, but the Coleman Roadtrip that I bring tailgating runs circles around it.

I use a large BGE on 60" cedar table that was stained. Have become a big fan for not only smoking on the BGE but also high-temp steaks.

When I was contemplating competitions I was looking at Jambo Pits, but helped a few buddies at competitions and it was too political for my blood. I still wanted a Jambo because of how nice they look, but he had no distribution locations anywhere near by nor did they have anything other than a trailer option. Lang was a ton closer and had backyard models on wheels.

It was actually my engagement present to myself. My now wife said I couldn't buy anything flat black until she got something shiny. I proposed on a Wednesday and the next Tuesday my smoker was delivered. When I told her it was on the way she looked at the ring and said "ok, whatever. I don't care."

Looked at the new Weber Genesis 6 burner at Home Depot the other day, looked like a really great grill, a bit pricey and in my neighborhood would last all of 45 min in my back yard lol

Bought a char griller Akorn in December. It does everything I need it to do. I like it so much that I gave away my other side by side smoker. Thought I would keep it to do burgers and steaks and such but the Akorn does everything well. It's basically a knock off cheaper version of the big green egg except it costs 300 instead of 800-1200.

I've got a kamado joe (big joe) on a nice table my dad made and a weber one touch 22.5"...mainly use the weber for my wok. I have the weber grate that the middle comes out of so the wok can sit right on top of the coals for really high heat cooking.

Probably to high of a resolution. Try emailing or texting to yourself. That should compress it into a smaller image.

I got me one of these about a month ago as Lowe's had them on sale and with my veterans discount I really saved about $75.00, before taxes. It has exceed my doubts and everything I have cooked on it has turned out great. My step-son has the Big Green Egg and I have eaten a good bit of food from his grilling events, but I have to say that this Akcorn has made better tasting meats and chicken for me (yes I am better at cooking than he is) and I saved a lot of money. Now, would I like to have a Kamado Joe or Big Green Egg, yes I would but if you have a doubt and need a good cooker you can't go wrong with this model and the price.

In addition to the Bradley I have a gas/charcoal hybrid. I recently added an Anova sous vide and an Instant Pot to the mix. I have a Searzall torch head arriving tomorrow for some pin point instant browning.
